Because of the large volume of water they manage, box gutters use larger downspout systems to safely direct water away from the building. Our box gutters include a hidden flange for flat-roof installation, making them both practical and visually clean.

Commercial Gutter Solutions

Large commercial properties often require oversized gutter systems. We offer 6″ seamless box gutters, as well as 7″ and 8″ box gutters installed in sections where roof size and field conditions require fewer leader locations.

For flat roofs, our commercial box gutters can be installed with a back flange directly at the roofline. These systems typically require 4×5 smooth or corrugated downspouts to accommodate increased water flow.

Special roofing designs may also require leader heads (also known as conductor heads), which help funnel concentrated water from specific roof areas. Decorative leader heads are commonly used in historic restorations and are often made from copper due to its superior soldering properties.
